Please read our exchange guidelines below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1. Size Exchanges & Refunds

To maintain the pristine condition and exclusivity of our garments, we currently do not offer refunds. However, we gladly accept returns strictly for size exchanges so you can enjoy the perfect fit.

2. Alternative Product Exchange

If the size you need is currently out of stock, please do not worry. You are welcome to exchange your original item for any other beautiful piece from our collection of equal or higher value. (In the case of a higher-value item, you will simply need to pay the price difference).

3. Return Shipping Process

At this time, we do not have a reverse pickup facility available. We humbly request our customers to self-ship the garment back to our studio using a reliable courier service.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We conduct strict quality checks before dispatching any order. However, if you happen to receive a damaged or incorrect product due to an oversight on our end, we sincerely apologize. In such rare cases, we will fully reimburse your return courier charges once the issue is verified by our team.

5. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For the safety of both our customers and our business, a clear, unedited parcel-opening video is mandatory to process any exchange or damage claim. This video helps us quickly verify the condition in which the package was delivered to you.

6. 48-Hour Timeline

If you need an exchange, please raise a request within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your delivery. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate requests made after this timeframe has passed.

7. Condition of the Garment

For an exchange to be approved, the product must be returned to us in its original, showroom condition. This means the garment must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any fragrance or makeup marks. All original Begum Couture tags and packaging must remain completely intact.
