Thank you for choosing Begum Couture. We take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. To ensure absolute transparency and a premium shopping experience, we have outlined our cancellation, refund, and exchange guidelines below.

1. Order Cancellations

We understand that you may occasionally change your mind after placing an order.

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order without any penalty as long as the request is made before the garment has been dispatched from our studio.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our exchange policy.

2. Our Refund Philosophy

To maintain the exclusivity, hygiene, and pristine quality of our collections, Begum Couture operates strictly on a no-refund policy. We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances. However, we are fully committed to ensuring you love your purchase, and we gladly offer exchanges based on the eligibility criteria below.

3. Exchange Eligibility & The 3-Day Window

If you require a different size or if you have received a defective piece, we are here to help.

  • Timeline: You must raise your exchange request within 3 days of receiving your package. Requests made after this 3-day window cannot be accommodated.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: For the protection of both our patrons and our brand, a clear, continuous, and uncut parcel-opening video is completely mandatory to claim any exchange.

4. Conditions for a Successful Exchange

We will happily approve your exchange request provided the following conditions are met:

  • The garment is completely unused, unwashed, and in its original showroom condition.

  • All original Begum Couture tags, labels, and packaging remain perfectly intact.

  • A valid, unedited unboxing video is submitted with your request.

  • The exchange is requested for the exact same product (either for a size change or due to a verified manufacturing defect).

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that certain items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Garments purchased during a sale or at a discounted price.

  • Custom-made outfits or pieces that have been altered to your specific measurements.

  • Products reported after the 3-day return window has closed.

  • Requests submitted without a valid, uncut parcel-opening video.

6. How to Request an Exchange

We have made our exchange process as simple as possible:

  2. Provide Details: Please include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and attach your mandatory unboxing video.

  3. Approval & Shipping: Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will share our studio’s return address. Customers are kindly requested to arrange and bear the cost of the return shipping (unless the error was made by our team).

7. Processing Timeline

Once we receive your returned garment and our quality team verifies its condition, we will lovingly pack and dispatch your replacement within 5 to 7 working days.
